With its high rigidity, lightweight thin-wall construction, bidirectional load capacity, and long service life, our HKA080X has become a key component in industrial robot joints, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, and other applications.
Manufactured from high-carbon chromium bearing steel, this bearing is designed for demanding conditions involving high moment loads, frequent reversals, and limited installation space. Its optimized nylon cage further reduces friction and operating noise, ensuring high rigidity at low speeds and smooth performance at high speeds. The thin-wall structure provides efficient load capacity within a compact envelope: with a 203.2 mm bore, it supports a radial load of up to 11.2 kN and an axial load of up to 27.8 kN. It is ideally suited to precision transmission requirements in collaborative-robot rotary joints and semiconductor-wafer turntables. The product fully complies with ISO accuracy standards and the EU RoHS and REACH environmental requirements. Optional dust-resistant seals are available in the -2RS version for clean environments.
