HCRBH Series Crossed Roller Bearings Overview
The HCRBH series is an ultra-thin crossed roller bearing developed for compact precision rotary mechanisms. Compared with conventional RU-type designs, it provides a more compact cross-section, integral inner and outer rings, and no mounting holes in the bearing body. It is secured by a high-rigidity flange and support housing. The integral ring design reduces installation-related deformation and maintains stable rotational accuracy and torque during either inner-ring or outer-ring rotation.
Design & Performance Features
- Cylindrical rollers are alternately arranged at 90°, forming a highly rigid load-carrying system within a compact cross-section.
- A single bearing can simultaneously accommodate radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments.
- Integral inner and outer rings improve ring rigidity and reduce the influence of mounting on accuracy and preload.
- The ultra-thin, lightweight design helps reduce mechanism size and rotational inertia.
- Ideal for precision rotary applications requiring high rotational accuracy, stable torque and limited installation space.

Mounting & Operating
Because the bearing has no mounting holes, use a sufficiently rigid flange and support housing and clamp uniformly around the circumference.
Mating surfaces should provide good flatness, concentricity and finish; avoid localized clamping that may deform the rings.
Mounting preload, lubrication and operating clearance should be selected according to load, accuracy, speed and temperature conditions.
Typical Applications
Industrial robot joints and end effectors
Precision rotary tables, indexing units and machine-tool rotary axes
Semiconductor, inspection and automation equipment
Medical, optical and compact high-precision rotary devices
Models & Technical Specifications
The HCRBH prefix identifies this ultra-thin, integral-ring crossed roller bearing series. Select the exact model according to bore diameter d, outside diameter D, width B, basic load ratings, permissible speed, accuracy and mounting conditions. Refer to the actual product designation in the technical specification table for a model example.
